For a fixed annual fee, we will call out to you whenever you experience a fault on your line. We can diagnose the problem, and if the fault does not lie with your provider (ie not the line to your premises) we will repair the fault on your line(s).
We offer 2 options.
Option 1 For £19.99 per annum you can call us out as often as required, and you will not be charged for the callout. Labour is charged out at £58.75 per hour inc VAT.
Option 2 This service costs £48.00 per annum on the first line, and £40 per line thereafter on the same premises. This fee includes all cabling and sockets required.
